On 4/04/2012, on the website of the Ministry of Economy appeared information about the decision to increase the funds dedicated to carry out projects within the competition 2/POIiŚ/9.4./2010.
On that account, the project of construction of the bio-thermoelectric power plant nr WND.POIS.09.04.00-00-091/10, present on the ranking chart, was entitled to sign a contract for funding as soon as in 2012.

As the financial means dedicated to carrying out the projects within the competitions announced by the Ministry of Economy are limited, the process of signing contracts for funding tends to be prolonged.
In order to, having met the formal-legal requirements, carry out the investment , the company was granted:
- legally valid approval of reserved matters,
- promise to licence to generate energy, issued by the President of the Energy Regulatury Office, valid until 31/12/2016,
- technical requierements and regulation.
In order to secure the sale of the product in the form of
- thermal energy – a letter of intent to receive thermal energy has been signed with the housing cooperative Sieradzka Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa in Sieradz,
- electric energy – a letter of intent has been signed with PGE Obrót Łódź.
In order ensure connection to the district heating network, negotiations with the Operator Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Sp. z o. o. in Sieradz – whose 100% shareholder is the Town of Sieradz, have been taken up.
The shareholders are also involved in the project of construction of a hotel in Sieradz
